HC slams Centre over delayed response to mother of Agniveer who passed during Op Sindoor

The Bombay High Court slammed the Central Government on Tuesday for not responding to a petition filed by the mother of Agniveer Murali Naik, who passed away during Operation Sindoor. The petition seeks posthumous benefits at par with soldiers killed in action. The court granted the Centre time till May 6 to respond and warned of imposing high costs.
