HC stays deportation of Pakistani Sikh family, seeks govt response

Uttarakhand High Court has directed authorities to not deport a Pakistani Sikh family living in Dehradun on a long-term visa unless they pose a national security threat. The court has sought a joint state and Centre government response in the matter to be submitted on June 15. The government had asked the family to leave within 24 hours in May.
