HC stays Wadia defamation plea hearing against Ratan Tata

The Bombay High Court has stayed till March 27 proceedings in a 2016 criminal defamation case by Nusli Wadia against Ratan Tata and some other Tata Sons directors. Wadia filed the case after being voted out of some Tata Group companies' boards. He accused Tata and others of making defamatory statements against him after removing Cyrus Mistry as group Chairman.
