HC summons 3 TN policemen for obstructing custodial deaths probe

Madras High Court on Monday initiated contempt proceedings against two police officers and one Constable in Tamil Nadu's Thoothukudi for allegedly obstructing investigation into the father-son custodial deaths case. According to report of the judicial magistrate probing the case, Constable Maharajan had said, "You cannot do anything to us". The three policemen have to appear before HC on Tuesday.
