HCL bans work from home for freshers, Absent for avoiding office

HCL Technologies has instituted a new hybrid working policy requiring employees across bands to work from office at least 3 days a week from February 19. All freshers must come to office now. Non-compliance will attract penalties like leave without pay, in line with recent moves by TCS, Infosys and Wipro.
