HCL employees will get upto 7% salary hike effective October 2024

HCLTech has announced a 7% salary hike effective October 2024, with top performers receiving up to 15%. This follows an 11% increase in net profit for Q2 FY24, amounting to ₹4,235 crore. Despite the wage hike, HCLTech expects minimal impact on its operating margins due to efficiency measures, as the company headcount stands at 2,18,621 employees.
