HCL overtakes Wipro to become India's 3rd largest IT firm

HCL Technologies has surpassed Wipro to become India's third-largest software services company in terms of dollar revenue, after reporting a revenue of $2.05 billion during the June quarter. However, the IT services revenue of Wipro during the same quarter stood at $2.02 billion. HCL Technologies saw its net income grow 5.7% to $356 million (₹2,445 crore) in June quarter.
