HCLTech CEO Vijayakumar's pay falls by 80% to ₹28.4 cr in FY23, lowest among peers

HCLTech CEO C Vijayakumar earned a total salary of ₹28.4 crore in FY23, the lowest among his peers. Vijayakumar, who was the highest paid IT CEO last year having earned ₹130 crore, saw his salary fall by 80% this year. The decline in remuneration was primarily due to the absence of long-term incentives which HCLTech pays out every two years.
