HCLTech to acquire HPE’s Telco Solutions unit for up to $160 mn

HCLTech has agreed to buy Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s (HPE) Telco Solutions business for up to $160 million in cash, strengthening its telecom portfolio and global capabilities. The deal adds engineering talent, intellectual property and client relationships, with around 1,500 specialists joining HCLTech.
