HCLTech to buy HPE's telco solutions business for up to ₹1,443 cr

IT services firm HCLTech on Thursday said it is acquiring Hewlett Packard Enterprise's (HPE) telco solutions business for up to $160 million (around ₹1,443 crore). The acquisition aims to strengthen HCLTech's engineering and AI capabilities for global telecom service providers, the company added. The deal also includes $15 million (around ₹135 crore) in performance-based incentives for FY2025.
