HCLTech to hike salaries in October, top performers to get 12-15%

HCLTech will roll out 7% salary hike to employees starting October, with top performers getting 12-15% hike, Chief People Officer Ramachandran Sundararajan said. The firm's total headcount stood at 2.18 lakh as on September 30. The number of employees eligible for the hike will depend on the review cycle and proportion of lateral hires who complete a year of service.
