HCLTech workforce declines by 3,300 in Q1, attrition rate jumps

HCLTech's workforce declined by roughly 3,300 employees to 2,23,889 in the first quarter of FY27, according to the latest data. Meanwhile, the attrition rate rose to 12.7% from 12.5% on a sequential basis. The company reported a 20% year-on-year rise in net profit for the June quarter at ₹4,624 crore, while its revenue jumped 13.9% YoY to ₹34,579 crore.
