HDFC AMC announces 1:1 bonus equity shares for shareholders

HDFC Asset Management Company Limited (AMC) will issue bonus equity shares in a 1:1 ratio. For every one fully paid-up share of ₹5 held, shareholders will receive one new share of ₹5. The issuance requires member approval via Postal Ballot and other statutory approvals. Record date is fixed as Wednesday, 26 November 2025.
