HDFC Bank cancels accused execs' raise in AT1 bond case: Report

HDFC Bank has penalised 12 executives, including the bank's treasurer Ashish Parthasarathy, over alleged mis-selling of Credit Suisse Additional Tier 1 bonds, CNBC-TV18 reported. The bank has cancelled increments and ESOPs for all 12 executives accused in the matter. Earlier, HDFC Bank had fired Sampath Kumar, group head of branch banking, along with two other senior executives.
