HDFC Bank shares fell over 2% on June 19 after the stock turned ex-dividend for its FY26 final dividend of ₹13 per share. Adjusted for the dividend payout, the decline was around 0.5%. Separately, the RBI approved a three-month extension of Keki Mistry's tenure as part-time chairman until September 18, 2026.
