HDFC Bank has appointed V N Srivatsan as Chief Compliance Officer for a three-year term, effective from his date of joining. Srivatsan is proposed to join on January 4, 2027. Until then, Venkateswaran L, currently Compliance Head for Credit, Asset Product and Regulatory Reporting, will hold responsibility as Chief Compliance Officer.
