HDFC CEO approaches Supreme Court against Lilavati Trust FIR

Sashidhar Jagdishan, CEO of HDFC Bank, has approached the Supreme Court seeking to quash the FIR filed at the behest of Lilavati Kirtilal Mehta Medical Trust. He requested an urgent listing, noting that three Bombay High Court judges had recused themselves from the case. The Supreme Court has agreed to hear the matter on Friday.
