HDFC Life gets order confirming ₹133 cr GST demand, plans appeal

HDFC Life on Tuesday said it had received an order confirming a GST demand with interest and penalty totalling ₹132.7 crore. The order, first received on June 27, 2024, covers the period from July 1, 2017, to March 31, 2022. The firm further added that it will file an appeal against the order before the GST Appellate Tribunal.
