HDFC signage replaced with HDFC Bank at Mumbai's Ramon House after 46 years

The HDFC signage was replaced with HDFC Bank at the Ramon House in Mumbai to mark the merger of the two companies on July 1. Following the merger today, HDFC will be assimilated within HDFC Bank and will cease to exist separately. HDFC was founded by Hasmukh Thakordas Parekh in 1977 and its first office was located at Ramon House.
