HDFC to auction Jet's BKC office space over ₹415 cr loan default

HDFC has put on the block an office space owned by Jet Airways at Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) after the airline failed to repay a ₹415-crore loan. The office space, which spans 52,775 sq ft, is part of the 12-storey Jet Airways Godrej BKC tower. It will be auctioned on May 15 at a base price of ₹245 crore.
