He asked me 'do you drink vodka?': Woman Congress leader on IYC chief

Assam Congress leader Angkita Dutta alleged that Indian Youth Congress (IYC) national president Srinivas BV has been harassing her for the past six months. "During the Raipur plenary session, Srinivas ji asked me...'kya peeta hai tum, vodka peeta hai kya? (What do you drink? Do you drink vodka?)'," said Dutta. She said she complained but there has been no action.
