He is a judge; he'll cooperate: HC on stopping Keralam judge's arrest over son's Mercedes crash

The Kerala High Court granted interim protection from arrest to an Additional District Judge whose 17-year-old son allegedly drove a Mercedes that killed a scooter rider in Kochi on October 25. "Why is his arrest required? He is a judicial officer. He will co-operate with the investigation," the court said. The court remarked while hearing his anticipatory bail plea.
