He was attending wife's operation: RLD on Jayant's absence from RS

Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) spokesperson Anil Dubey clarified that party chief Jayant Chaudhary was absent in the Rajya Sabha during voting on Delhi services bill as he had to attend his wife's operation. "He wanted to vote but could not reach," Dubey added. Further, he stressed that RLD is with the INDIA bloc. Rajya Sabha passed the bill on Monday.
