He was naughty, had qualities of a leader: K'taka CM-designate Shivakumar's teacher

As DK Shivakumar is set to become Karnataka Chief Minister, his school teacher Parvathi recalled that he was "very naughty" in school and "had all the requisite qualities of a leader." Shivakumar's teacher added that "the highest post in a state is that of the Chief Minister, and he has risen to it with his own hard work."
