Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu spoke about the viral picture showing IndiGo CEO Pieter Elbers sitting with folded hands in front of him. "He folded his hands, he was apologising not only to me but to the people of the country who faced difficulty," Naidu told India Today. Lakhs of IndiGo passengers suffered due to flight cancellations.
