Ex-SRH batter Hanuma Vihari picked the players RCB could potentially release after IPL 2026. "Mangesh [Yadav] will definitely be released...He was taken for ₹5 crore and didn't play a game," he said. Vihari added, "Yash Dayal, will he come back? If the case is resolved and he returns okay, else he can be released, which will give them ₹5 crore."
