He was to be discharged: Man whose father died in Odisha ICU fire

A man whose father passed away in the Odisha government hospital ICU fire said he was to be discharged on that day. He added that his 101-year-old father was recovering well from severe injuries after a bull attack. The man said he heard screams at 2:40 am as the fire broke out but couldn't see anyone due to thick smoke.
