The family of Amit Gupta, a Tech Mahindra executive detained in Qatar over undisclosed charges since January 1, said officials from security department told him that his company had "manipulated and taken over other contracts". "That was the sole reason mentioned to him...There's absolutely no clarity on official charges," his family said. "His company has deployed two lawyers," they added.
