Headmaster accused of making kids clean excrement in MP

A government school headmaster in Madhya Pradesh's Maihar district has been accused of arriving drunk, chewing gutkha and forcing students to clean excrement, according to parents and children. They also alleged irregular classes, disrupted midday meals and poor supervision. The headmaster denied the allegations. Education officials have issued him a show-cause notice and initiated action.
