After UK's premier health journal The Lancet's editor-in-chief Richard Horton criticised the Modi government for ignoring India's health sector, the health ministry on Sunday hit back with a detailed rebuttal of programmes introduced by government. Horton had reportedly said that The Lancet's December 2015 issue will highlight failures of the government in health financing and service delivery.
