Heatwave conditions to grip Delhi from April 22-24: IMD

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heatwave conditions in Delhi from April 22 to 24, with temperatures likely to touch 42°C. It added that the minimum temperature to hover around 22°C. On Tuesday, Safdarjung waether station recorded a maximum of 38.8°C, 1.1° above normal, while the Ridge station was the hottest at 40.2°C, 1.8° above normal.
