Heavy rain causes landslides, flash floods in Arunachal, 3 missing

Three people are missing after heavy rain triggered landslides and flash floods in Arunachal Pradesh's Keyi Panyor district on Wednesday morning. An under-construction retaining wall collapsed, and at least 18 residential units were damaged in the downpour, state disaster management authority secretary Dani Sulu said. Landslides on a national highway have also disrupted vehicular movement.
