Heavy rainfall and severe cold wave warnings issued for several states, list released

The IMD issued heavy rainfall and cold wave warnings for several states/UTs. Heavy rainfall is likely over Andhra Pradesh and Puducherry on Friday. Severe cold wave warning has been issued for Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Rajasthan, and cold wave warning for Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Haryana and Chandigarh for Friday. Ground frost conditions are likely in Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan.
