Heinous: UP child rights body as boy killed for black magic ritual

Uttar Pradesh State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (SCPCR) has condemned the incident in which a nine-year-old boy was killed by the director of a school in Hathras as part of a black magic ritual to bring success to the school. SCPCR's member Anita Agarwal said, "This is a heinous incident. We will take action in this matter."
