Mysuru Maharaja Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar and his wife Trishika Kumari Devi welcomed a baby boy at a private hospital in Bengaluru on Wednesday. This is the first time in over six decades that an heir has been born to the royal family. Maharaja Yaduveer was formally adopted by late Srikantadatta Narasimharaja Wadiyar's wife in February 2015.
