Personal assistant app Helpchat on Thursday renamed itself to a crowdsourced name 'Tapzo' after it dropped the chatting feature. This is the second rebranding for the company, which was earlier called 'Akosha' before it changed its name to Helpchat. Founded in 2010, Helpchat has raised over $21.2 million in funding from Sequoia Capital and American Express Ventures.
