Hezbollah & Israel exchange heavy fire amid escalating tensions

Israel and Hezbollah exchanged heavy fire on Sunday, with the Iran-backed group firing rockets into northern Israel. The Israeli military said it struck 290 targets, including rocket launcher barrels of Hezbollah. Israel also shut schools and restricted gatherings in the northern area. Hezbollah said its 16 members including senior leader Ibrahim Aqil were killed on Friday in an Israeli strike.
