High concentration of toxic metals in Jamshedpur: Report

Heavy concentration of toxic metals has been found in the dust of Jamshedpur in Jharkhand and adjoining areas, which is not at carcinogenic levels yet but poses a "high health risk" to children. The finding was presented at a press conference held by the state pollution control board and the Ranchi Municipal Corporation.
