Higher airfares from further cost hikes may hurt demand: IndiGo
The country's largest airline IndiGo on Tuesday stressed over the evolving Middle East situation flagging that demand will be impacted if there is any further rise in costs pushing airfares higher. The concern comes as the airline prepares its domestic summer schedule from April. Notably, it has already begun levying fuel charges ranging from ₹425-₹2,300 on tickets from March 14.
