Hillary Clinton among TIME Person of the Year '16 runners-up

The TIME magazine has named US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton among its Person of the Year 2016 runners-up. "She's the woman who was almost President," the magazine said in its announcement. "Clinton may be among the most admired women in the country, but she's also among the most reviled," the magazine added.
