Hillary Clinton criticises Chinese Prez at Beijing Event

Addressing an event via video conferencing in Beijing, Hillary Clinton criticised Chinese President Xi Jinping, saying that unprecedented consolidation of power by the Chinese leader has triggered anxiety. "The paths to legitimacy of leadership run through responsible cooperation, not through military build-up...or bullying small neighbours," Clinton added.
