Himachal farmer wins global recognition for natural farming work

Lalit Kalia a farmer from Himachal Pradesh's Harned village in Hamirpur gained international recognition after his natural farming work was highlighted at a conference in Vientiane, Laos. The organisation Himrara and founder Dr DK Sadana showcased natural farming models from Himachal villages, citing Kalia’s contributions. Lalit said the honour will inspire nearby farmers to adopt natural methods.
