Himachal govt bans jeans & 'party' wear for staff in offices

The Himachal Pradesh government has introduced a dress code for employees, banning jeans, T-shirts and party wear in offices and courts. It said officials must wear formal attire to "look like officials" and maintain proper grooming and hygiene. The guidelines also barred employees from expressing views on government policies or making religious statements on social media or public platforms.
