Himachal Guv gives artificial limbs to 15 specially-abled people

Himachal Pradesh Governor Kavinder Gupta on Tuesday distributed free artificial limbs to 15 people during an Artificial Limb Distribution Camp in Shimla. The camp was organised by an NGO in collaboration with the Himachal Pradesh State Red Cross Society. "With determination, self-belief and the right support, one can lead a fulfilling and independent life," Gupta said to the beneficiaries.
