Himachal HC pulls up district judge, orders refresher course

The Himachal Pradesh High Court rebuked a district and sessions judge for a 'failure to apply mind' and 'lack of basic knowledge' of the Motor Vehicles Act while adjudicating a MACT case. Justice Sushil Kukreja ordered the officer to undergo a refresher course at HP State Judicial Academy and placed a copy of the judgment in the officer's service record.
