Himachal Pradesh Police initiates audit for POSH act compliance

The Himachal Pradesh Director General of Police has launched a statewide audit to assess compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013. The evaluation, expected to conclude within 15 days, will focus on the establishment and functioning of Internal Complaints Committees in police units, ensuring a safe and respectful work environment for women.
