Himachal to reopen all educational institutes, cinema halls from Feb 17

The Himachal Pradesh government on Monday decided to reopen all educational institutes in the state from February 17 (Thursday) in view of a dip in COVID-19 cases. After reviewing the COVID-19 situation, the state Cabinet also permitted gyms and cinema halls to reopen on the same date. Wedding and funeral events will be allowed with 50% of the venue's capacity.
