Himadri increases investment in Sicona Battery Technologies

Himadri Speciality Chemical informed exchanges that it further invested AUD 25.59 lakh in Sicona Battery Technologies through subscription of compulsorily convertible notes. Following the latest tranche, Himadri now holds 1,67,53,000 CCNs in the Australian battery materials technology company. The company stated that the remaining 16,94,000 CCNs will be invested in agreed tranches.
