Hindu community protests against insult of Lord Ram in Bangladesh

The Hindu community in Bangladesh protest against the alleged insult of Lord Ram and held a torchlight procession in Dhaka, demanding the arrest of the culprit. Construction of an idol of Lord Ram at the Sanatan Complex at Gaibandha was halted after an unrest. Recently, a mob allegedly desecrated the statue of Lord Ram by placing a shoe on it.
