Hindustan Foods to buy Reckitt Benckiser's pharma unit for ₹156 cr

FMCG contract and private label brand manufacturer Hindustan Foods Limited said it is acquiring Reckitt Benckiser Healthcare India Private Limited's pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Himachal Pradesh's Baddi for ₹156 crore. The acquisition will lead to the expansion of Hindustan Foods' healthcare and wellness division. Hindustan Foods' shares ended at ₹706/piece, higher by 3.23% on the BSE.
